Streamer Peller has caused buzz online after expressing his wish to meet Afrobeats superstar Wizkid, while downplaying his previous live session with Davido.

Peller, who recently acquired a multi-million Naira residence, revealed that having Wizkid appear on his stream would be a major milestone in his life.

According to him, his live with Davido doesn’t truly count as “real streaming” because it happened on YouTube instead of TikTok, which he considers the original platform.

In his words:

“If I see Wizkid like this, I swear to Almighty God, I don big for life. Guys, you know say that streaming wey me and Davido do no be streaming o. The original streaming na here. Na you people push me go YouTube say make I go dey stream for YouTube. Una say make I no dey stream for TikTok, una say na YouTube be original streaming, I con go YouTube go dey stream…”

His statement has since sparked heavy reactions online. While some fans praised his honesty and dream of meeting Wizkid, others dragged him for downplaying Davido’s impact after the singer had already gone live with him.

As expected, the drama has reignited the Davido vs Wizkid fanbase rivalry, with 30BG accusing Peller of being ungrateful and Wizkid FC hailing him for acknowledging Big Wiz as the real life-changer.
