Nigerian Lady Ordered to Vacate UK After Exceeding Working Hour Limit

A Nigerian lady residing in the United Kingdom has been left devastated after being ordered to leave the country for exceeding the allowed working hour limit.
According to her emotional account shared on Sabi Radio’s Instagram, she has been living in the UK since 2022. Tragedy struck her family in 2023 when her father, who sponsored her studies, passed away, forcing her to view his burial via video call.
“It’s been a hell of three years. I came in 2022 and in 2023, my dad passed away. I had to work even if I’m passing through all this. I still have to work to pay for my school fees,” she said.
After her father’s demise, she began working to support her school fees, believing everything was fine. However, the authorities reportedly did not accept her explanation and asked her to leave the country immediately, preventing her from completing her studies.
She further revealed that when she inquired about completing her course online after losing her sponsorship, she was told there was no way to continue and was ordered to vacate the UK promptly.
