Instead, she jumped down from her apartment in a bid to escape the armed robbers. Tragically, although she was rushed to the hospital afterward, she was allegedly rejected by the hospital and later died.

Her death has highlighted once again the dangers of armed robbery attacks in Nigeria and the failure of emergency medical response when it matters most.
